With younger children, I teach reading and spelling using a range of practical resources, including: books, puppets, magnetic letters, playdough, flashcards, small world toys, online games and much more. Some children require one-to-one tuition, whereas others learn better when working in a small group. Each group has a maximum of 6 children at a time, which is the optimum number for effective learning.
My aim is to offer a variety of reading tuition options to suit everyone's budget and learning preferences. I have vast experience of teaching children across the primary age range, and offer groups and one-to-one tuition for EYFS (4 to 5yrs), KS1 (5 to 7yrs) and KS2 (7 to 11yrs).
Children really missed out on their learning due to the pandemic and I am here to help close the gaps in learning for your child.
